Microsoft Co Founder Unveils Space Travel Plans

Giant airplane a mid flight launches a rocket which carries cargo and humans into orbit is the future of the space travel,and that was said by billionaire philanthropist and Microsoft co founder Paul Allen on Tuesday.The ambitious venture by Allen’s new company Stratolaunch systems in the first test flight is not scheduled until 2015 and the partners in the project would revolutionize space travel in the post space shuttle era.

Engines from six 747 jets should be used by the biggest airliner,which is the biggest airliner is made by SpaceX.They are able to launch payloads, satellites and humans into low earth orbit.At the dawn of a radical change in the space in the launching industry by vowing greater flexibility than ground based rocket by launching and better cost effectiveness for cargo and manned missions to the space.

Aircraft would use six 747 engines and have a gross weight of more than 1.2 million pounds and a wing spam more than 380 feet.First test flight could take in 2015 and first launch could happen by 2016.Former NASA administrator is on the board of the Alabama based Stratolaunch and the project consists the goal of making space travel a common endeavor.
