Tech Addict Apple have another go at Samsung and tells a German court to think that ten of the South Korean Giant phones has established its design language.
Its place is after the five Samsung tablets and is placed in a separate location.The iPhone maker is in quest to the Dusseldorf Regional court to ban the allegedly offending gadgets from sale.
Of all the handsets, Apple has taken its design cues from its own products such as Galaxy S Plus and Galaxy S II.
This tablet centric suit targets the various Galaxy Tab models which includes 10.1N that is introduced by Samsung in November 2011 to bypass a ban on Galaxy Tab 10.1.Apple is reluctant to prevail its case against the 10.1N.
